It is estimated that plastic production and incineration of plastic waste generate around 400 million tons of CO2 each year in the EU alone. The increased use of recycled plastic can reduce dependence on the extraction of fossil fuels for plastic production, and limit CO2 emissions. It is estimated that recycling plastic waste from around the world could lead to annual energy savings of 3.5 billion barrels of oil.

Following an independent study and research activity, RePlan has developed a specific know-how useful for the creation, installation and management of manufacturing plants. Resulting in the production and marketing of the new plastic material called “EcoAllene®”. RePlan has designed and patented the production process, whereby waste (supplied via the paper mills) is transformed into the new EcoAllene® plastic material; in effect, a new raw material.
Today RePlan is the exclusive owner of a patent for industrial invention, brands, know-how and technical expertise.
EcoAllene® has obtained important certifications, and is still working to gain more
